Frozen enemies take damage equal to maximum of their health, instead of current health. Each enemy can only be freezed once each 4.5 seconds.
Casts a buff on all allies in 900 radius around Illius, this buff gives them bonus armor, magic resistance, armor and movement speed. Buff is also applied to Illius itself.
